# Pricing & Packages

Choose the package that fits your current stage. You can always scale up later.

## One-time setup fees

* **Standard:** €350 – €450 setup fee
* **Secondary market:** Custom setup fee

## Transaction fees

  **Transparent fees for a transaction (e.g., CLUB ↔ EUR)**

* For every transaction (e.g., CLUB ↔ EUR), we charge transaction fees **only to the seller**.
* The fee is **deducted solely from the EUR payout** the seller receives.
* The buyer **always receives the full amount** of **CLUB tokens** purchased; **no** fee is taken from the tokens.
* **Why?** EUR tokens represent direct cash value; platform fees are therefore settled on that payout.
* **What does the seller see?** You receive your EUR tokens **minus** the transaction fee.
* **What does the buyer see?** You receive **100%** of the CLUB tokens purchased; **no deduction** on the asset.

### Concrete example

**Scenario**

* Trading pair: CLUB / EUR
* Sale: you sell 100 CLUB to a buyer
* Price: €2.50 per CLUB
* Gross proceeds: €250.00 in EUR tokens
* Transaction fee: 1.0% on the EUR payout

**Calculation**

* Transaction fee = €250.00 × 1.0% = €2.50
* Seller payout = €247.50 in EUR tokens
* Buyer receives 100 CLUB (no fee on CLUB)

**Result**

* Seller: receives €247.50 (EUR tokens)
* Buyer: receives 100 CLUB
* Decentri: receives €2.50 (EUR tokens)

> In short: the **seller** pays the fee from the **EUR** payout; the **buyer** receives **100% of the CLUB tokens**.

## Frequently asked questions

**How does the user limit work?**\
The limit is based on the number of registered users / participants. As you grow, we’ll move to the next package in consultation.

**Are transaction fees inclusive of payment processor fees?**\
The listed percentages are platform fees. Any fees from payment providers (e.g., iDEAL/credit card) are additional.

**What is included in the setup fee?**\
Initial configuration, quality checks, and—if applicable—integrations for KYC/fiat and the secondary market.
